GDPL Channel (General Data Protection Law)

One of the foundations of the General Data Protection Law (GDPL) is respect for privacy. The privacy of our users is very important to Electra and, for this reason, we make every effort to protect the personal data we process.

Electra makes this communication channel available so that the holder of personal data can exercise their rights based on the General Data Protection Law (Art. 18, Law No. 13,709/18). The channel has the purpose of receiving and answering the requests of the holders of personal data, as well as clarifying their doubts regarding their data processed by us. Here it is also possible to know and access Electra's Privacy Term, which aims to explain in a simple, clear and objective way what type of data will be collected, as well as when and how they will be used.
